At Pixel Teez, every product is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size selected
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the customer

We offer a free replacement or refund only if:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong item
• Your product has a manufacturing or printing defect

To request a replacement or refund, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
